Client & Context
S1 2025: recurring needs for technical files (from sketch to APD) and 2D/3D support for programs in Africa, Reunion Island, Dubai and Mauritius (new local entity: Kaz La Soie)
Objective: to have a qualified, equipped and versatile workforce on a daily basis capable of keeping up with its pace and its missions .
Challenge
Support a multi-country architect-developer with:

reliable 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations, technical cartridges, costing, dimensioning);

rapid iterations (meetings, files, presentations);

and, on request, 3D perspectives for signed projects.
All this without increasing fixed costs, without friction and in its working methods.
Edna Solution (driven by Tiavina)
Getting started: Tiavina, Production Director, provides a dedicated 2D graphic designer/technician , equipped and synchronized with Axel's schedule (regular reporting, process alignment).
2D/technical production: tracing from PDF/CAD and sketches; plans, sections, elevations; technical cartridges, costing and dimensioning as required; deliverables ready for administrative stages (ESQ → APS/ APD).
3D on demand: 3D perspectives produced for signed operations (villas, residential, tertiary), to support the project narrative.
Targeted upsell (post-satisfaction): after a month of very good satisfaction, Axel requested the provision of a digital marketer (ancillary job of the hub) for the Mauritian launch : LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook social media pages, audiovisual creations , posts and personal branding .
Seamless cooperation: heterogeneous sources ( PDF, CAD, images, sketches ) streamlined and made readable for Axel's audience.
Staging & visual intentions
When we work with an architect, our role is not to reinterpret their project, but to make it readable . From Archicad or Revit models , sketches or CAD files , we translate their intentions into precise and coherent 3D perspectives.
Each staging is based on architectural logic : light, proportions, location on the site. We adjust the technical model to extract a faithful visual projection , without simplifying or distorting . It is not “embellishment”, it is clarification .
Whether it's working views for a technical file, layout variants or realistic renderings ready for printing, the continuity is total : what the architect designs, we extend and make it immediately understandable for those who have to decide - clients, investors, institutions .
Pack & Planning
Dedicated long-term team (provision of a versatile 2D/technical graphic designer) — Tiavina supervision: €1,000 to €1,200/month on average, depending on project flow and type.
Partial assignments — digital communication: €800 to €1,200 depending on the work (flexible format if required).
